The rep. From i-Benmed call my 82 yr. old grandmother she gave them her checking account number and rounting number over the phone and they created a third party check called YR Benefits at phone number 888.778.0073. I immediately closed my grandmothers checking after i spoke with i-Benmed third party customer service number. They wanted to reverse the charges directly to her account. NOT........ We have been requesting a refund check since 5/24. I call every couple of weeks, they say the Company is behind on their refunds but they will get it to us. I' m not giving up because I harrass them everytime I call. It is so wrong to steal from elderly people, their is a place in hell for all of them. The next phone call for me will be to the Attorney generals office and our local news stations investigation team to get tne word out to all elderly people.
