Well to start off with I ordered a franchise from a company named Tel2net I ordered a Internet access terminal the cost was 12,987.53 and I paid by a cashiers check. Well i was supposed to recieve my terminal at my home in utah from a company tel2eazy but it never came when I called tel2net this recording came on and said the better business beuro of florida had cut communications from out of state numbers because the company violated some regulations in dealing with out of state customers so then I called the company who makes the access terminals tel2eazy and asked the a matt drose where my order was and he said he didnt have one on order so I decided to call the bank my money was sent to and sure enough my money was in the account but the bank would not give it back even after i told them i had not recieved my equipment or the services that was supposed to be rendered that made me mad so i called the FBI and they wouldnt do nothing because it was only 13k and it wasnt over a 100k what a joke our fedral gov. is so the FBI told me to contact my local police my local police told me to contact the fort lauderdal or Miami day police so i did and they wouldnt help me they then refered me to the department of agriculture and the department of agriculture told me to call the FTC so I did they took my information and a brief run down on what happened and sent me a packet of forms to fill out and send back to them(FTC) so i filled the forms out sent them back and a few days later i called the number i had been given to make sure they recieved my packet and they had the gentlemen told me they would call me as soon as something happened and that they had other complaints on tel2net and told me not to call them they would call me well here ir is august 2012 and I find out that there was some kind of settlement and i didnot recieve any notice and nor did i hear from the trades commision thats extreme neglect and very irresponsible behavior I am holding the FTC accountable just like they would any of us. I have suffered some seriouse loss because of the domino effect and refuse to lay down and let them get away it. any suggestions
