My Money Leaf debited my checking account for 29.95 on 8/13 in error. I spoke with a rep by phone and got the runaround. The rep admitted that it was a mistake but refused to issue a refund. He gave me some bs story that it had to go through corporate to get the situation resolved. He has no intention of doing anything. I do not trust them. This is the 2nd time that this Payday Advance company has debited my checking account in error. The 1st time occured back in May and they had refund me back then. I need help to recover my money and any overdraft fees. While under their site, I noticed a history of complaints filed by different consumers stating that they were the victims of this same ongoing scam.
