Hard to add anything more than what the other people posting complaints about this company have already stated.
This is a SCAM COMPANY and I would strongly suggest all of you contact the AZ Attorney Generals office and file a complaint.
Research any company requesting money to sign up prior to giving them your credit card number. If you have to pay, it's probably a SCAM. I learned the hard way. This company is all talk and NO ACTION.

Unfortunately, Emerchant Middleman has gotten behind on responding to the complaints posted about our company online. We are dealing with the effects of having our client list stolen and sold to unscrupulous advertisers and recovery rooms. We have been diligently working to resolve the complaints and problems that have arisen from this. One of the biggest problems we have had is other companies contacting our clients and lying about either their affiliation with us, or about our business practices. The battle to get these companies to cease and desist has been ongoing, taking away from our ability to assist our clients as effectively as we’d like. Many of our clients have retracted their complaints. We are working to resolve all of our complaints and would like to encourage each of our clients to contact us directly so we can make things right.
We have proof of fulfillment for each of our clients, from signed invoices, to tracking slips, to call logs. We could easily respond to each complaint with this information. We would rather respond with some form of resolution. We would like to encourage each person who has made a complaint to contact us directly, as we’ve been attempting to reach out to them. -

Typical BS Excuse! Their list was stolen?? Give us a break, how stupid do you think we are? List stolen? Then what stopped you from replying to the many emails you were sent during the period you were looking for your list? No backup? No secondary list? Who is the Pinhead here? EMM is!
One Again to everyone else out there. Simply put EMerchant Middleman into your address bar and watch what pops up. Nothing but a bunch of complaints from people who have been ripped off! This is a SCAM Company and I highly advise you to stay away from them. If you have had a problem contact the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Filing a complaint is simple and of no cost! Timne the Attny General did something obout this Scam Artist. -

- Lee, I apologize that you feel that way. The database was taken by an employee, at the point that we narrowed down which employee had taken it we had let go of quite a few people. Also, it is not a list in the standard way of thinking, our client list is held in an electronic database. Every time we made contact with a client they would be contacted by another company within minutes. I even tested this with my personal information. I received a phone call at 4am from an individual claiming to be me! I do not expect you to believe this, however, we have the cease and desist orders to back up this statement. The inbound call/email volume increased while our staff decreased. The service our clients received during this period was not good. We are working diligently to amend this. There are many complaints about us online, but majority of those come from very recently during our data compromise. If we were a scam we wouldn't be responding, or reaching out to our clients. If you are a client of ours, I encourage you to contact us so we can come to a resolution.
