In September 2010 I ordered tickets from Euroteam for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. This comprised of four tickets in total; a pair for two games.
The money was taken from my account immediately. Having travelled to New Zealand in September 2011 and having been promised my tickets being delivered to me on time the first pair for the first game did not arrive. I tried to contact Euroteam and got no help whatsoever they failed to answer any of the many e-mails I sent to them. The tickets for the second match did arrive and were handed over to me outside the stadium with about forty five minutes to the start of the game. I asked the courier about the lack of delivery of the first pair of tickets and he pleaded innocence and said that was an issue I would have to take up with the company. He then went off and I headed for the stadium. I was refused entry to the ground with the tickets I had received and tried to contact the courier on the telephone number he had provided only to find that it had been disconnected. All attempts to contact the company in order to receive a refund have been ignored.
