i contacted evelyn cantu on the above date letting her know that their product fried my hair BAD, unbelieveablely bad. after sending her the numbers off the chi flat iron and providing the sticker that i had purchased this item at target in janesville for $99.99 plus tax and also bought their chi thermal spray at 20.99 x tax and that it didnt protect my hair at all and that my hair is damaged very bad that i have to cut it all almost off so i am having to buy a wig at 54.99 plus tax so i dont look like a freak. i am very very upset with this, i want them to pay for all of these items since it was due to their products. i used the iron and thermal spray just as it said too. i recieved a email from evelyn last week saying they would give me my money back that could i call her so i could give her my credit card info so i wouldnt have to wait for weeks, so i did that day she took it down and said it would be tooken care of right away on monday morning which was 8-6-12 it wasnt done they changed their mind that they wanted me to send the iron and product back to them first so they could test it i dont have any problems with this at all but they should send me a label so i am not out any more money and post my refund to my card asap. i want something done about this otherwise i am going to talk to someone that can help. this flat iron burnt my hair breaking it off i even sent them pictures of my hair before i used it and how it is now.. please help..
