I bought the Service contract agreement when I bought my Nissan xterra in 2007. If I hadn't called my dealer with questions about the refund before I paid my xterra off early I would have never known about Signet Financial Group going bankrupt. While my dealer is standing behind the warranty, I paid interest on the $2155.00 that was financed into my loan. I'm out that and the hope of getting my $ back.
