I noticed a debit from my bank account that I didn't recognize - I called the bank and was told it was an automatic debit by an online company for 24.95and has been coming out of my checking account on the 18th of every month since Nov. 2011.
They told me the companies name- mon value plus, that I should contact them online seeing I didn't autherize the automatic payments to them. I called and was directed to a supervisor named
Marissa; she asked my name and zipcode then told me that I signed up online for their service for the first month free then failed to cancell after that month. I don't use a computer and only have had Internet access since buying my I Phone on Dec4th 2011.
I never ordered their service not even for the initial month; I've never heard of them and have never even visited their web site.
