I ordered the buy one get one cooktop that included two frying pans which I never received and Jeremy there was no additional S&P mentioned, so you lie. I am usually pretty careful on ordering things from TV ads. This scam outfit seems to have the blessings of all the networks they advertise on. If you order from them I will guaranty you you will get HAD. They do not return phone calls or e-mails. They are just flat out liars and crooks. I, like all the other complaintants I have read on the internet think that most Americans companies are honest but there are still a few scum bag companies like this one out there.

- I sent an e-mail to Jeremy at the address given by Scambook. The results were the same as when I contacted the Hearthware company by phone and e-mail, dead silence. This contact was totally useless but I want to thank Scambook for the try. I have came to the conclusion that the Hearthware company deserves everything I have said about them before. This company is running a scam and you should stay clear of them. They have soured me on buying anything from a TV ad and I don't plan on ever doing it again. Life teaches many lessons and I just learned one from the lies they tell you on their phony ads with promises of a good and fair deal. DON'T BELIEVE THEM !!!!!!!
