Just like the previous complaints against this company, I too am a victum. I've made 7 phone calls in an attempt to get my money back. I never applied for a payday loan with this company. Ireceived an e-mail on June 14th, saying my refund would be sent within 10 to 15 business days. Never received the $30.00. I then sent e-mail, only to have it come back undeliverable. I've talked to several foreign speaking individuals only to be told of technical problems money to come within 3 to 5 days. I've spoken to a suppose to be supervisor Mandy Jones on two occasions, and each time she said refund would be in my account. During my last conversation with her, I asked to speak to someone over her, she said not possible and hung up. Now when I call the number get a recorded message that call will by next available rep, then the call disconnects. Someone is getting over big time. After writing this complaint my next contact will be with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commision.
