I complained about the services received by Elite Planning Group. I wanted to see my $2,500 savings in writing which they refused to do or let me speak to a manager. I was told not to call BBB or I would not get my money back. This was 5/15. I was told to expect in 60 days. It has now been over 90 and they just keep sending messages to the billing department and tell me by September 15.I have found out others have had the same problem with Elite. I just want my money back.
