I was supposed to have a technicial fix my computer and he never came on to the computer. I had a scan done talked to a tech suppport person. He found errors and malware on my computer and saidc that another hegher teck would fix the problem. Just pay $200 and they would fix it last night. A tech never came onto my computer and I got charged for the $200 amount. Nothing got done
