I applied online for a payday loan on 8/9/12. I was at first advised the loan was approved and would be deposited in my account on 8/13/12. There was no mention of a charge. Later that day I received a phone call advising me I was to fax several pieces of information to them which included a cancelled check and it was not to be to a new account. I did not fax any information to them nor was there a deposit made into my account. At no point was there a mention of a $34.95 which resulted in a $35.00 overdraft fee in a brand new checking account. Total monetary damages include the $34.95 in charges submitted by United Loan Source and $35.00 overdraft fee from my bank.
