I was having trouble with my Dell computer and called them for help. Somehow I was given over to itechline without knowing about it and was charged 129.99 to fix some supposed viruses and hackers. It slowed my computer down, so I called Dell a few days later and they claimed they weren't connected with itechline. So I feel like I got screwed out of that money. And now I read about all these complaints.
