I've been trying to cancel autoship of DermaPure for months now. First the telephone number did not work but when I tried a differnt telephone number from my credit card statement, I did get through.
June 12th, 2012 - Agent John employee number 3525 could not find any record of my account. They had changed their computer system in February but would get someone to call back within 24 hours. Didn't happen.
July 9th, 2012 - Agent Andrew employee number 7294 also could not find the account, but did after much badgering and many minutes of delay. Eventually gave me a cancellation number. Guess what another package of DermaPure arrived shipped 10 days after the cancellation number was issued.
August 19th, 2012 Agent Jose employee number 0504. No record of cancellation. The number should start with a letter; the order number is not one of ours should be six numbers; did you receive an e-mail confirmation of cancellation? Your account is now closed; cancellation number now is ******. You will receive an e-mail in 1 to 2 hours.

Watch this space!!! It's the Arizona Attorney General next time because these scam artists need to be put out of business and spend a long time in jail.
