I applied for a payday loan online never saw this company. I check my account and I have a negative balance of 34.95 and my checking account was charged an overdraft fee of 35.00 I immediately called this company and was told I would receive a refund of the 34.95 within 24-72hours today is 8/20/2012 I still have not gotten my refund yet when I called back I was told I had to wa more days. I cant get a payday loan now cause they have overdrawn my account. I want to know is there any way we can sue these people when you don't want them taken money from your account. This company
