FYI - TO EVERYONE SEEKING RESOLUTION FROM ANY OF THE SOCIAL NETWORKS OWNED BY "MEDIA PEOPLE."
I FILED A COMPLAINT w/the DALLAS BBB and RECEIVED A SPEEDY REFUND AND an APOLOGY W/IN 2 WEEKS.

I also filed a report with The TX STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE to check out this company - https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml
ONLY When enough people complain, THEN The State Atty General will get on the company's back, but until then it's just biz as usual.
So take back your power, put your tax dollars to work and go file those complaints!
