I have submitted four gas receipts which are entitled to a $10.00 payment. None of these requests have been honored. Is this a fraud? I have conformed to all of the rquirements including enclosing my gas receipt, redemption coupon etc. I tried calling the company with no success in reaching anybody in my category of promotion.
