This is a timeshare rental scam that should be explored. I was contacted in January by This company a Mr. Blake Richards. Asked to pay the activation fee for my get away weeks, totaling $1,390. I was sent a contract to fill out giving them the right to rent my weeks for $1500. per week. I was contacted in April of 2012 telling me that they had rented the weeks and the closing documents would be initiated by a company called Easter Executive Funding located in Richmond, VA. After numerous phone calls I was told that the closing would take place on June 9, That date came and went and then I was told I would have to pay the RE Tax first, which stupidly I did. Long story short there has been no closing, I'm out over $3500 and they won't return my calls.
