a few weeks ago i order a sample of face cream and paid$1 99 for postage only, a few weeks later i received a parcel asking me to pay £25 for postage that had not been paid by the sender, i refused to accept the parcel or pay postage and it was returned unopened, on monday of this week i saw in my bank statement that i had been charged $69.95 for this item, i have twice contacted the company and asked for my money to be returned but nothing so far
