It is a typical program that finds damage and errors in your registry and downloads a repair program for a price.
Next you are guided to a pay site (safecart payments). The price advertised was $9.97, but my card was charged $39.94.
The license key was sent to my spam folder which I did not find.
In frustration I called the help line at SpeedyPC Pro and the friendly technician while providing the license key which he conveniently found in my spam folder scanned my computer and discovered many more errors and of cours had a program to sell. I did not buy. The SpeedyPC Pro program was installed, but does not seem to have had any affect on prformance.
