I was in need to finding a permanent resident after having a major operation after suddenly taking ill. I sought to get a loan to establish me until I was able to return to work. I submitted an application. Karen Cross and Richard Watkins called me to say that I was approved for 10,000. Karen sent the application and it stated that I could secure the loan with a choice of paying 3 months of finance fee and my payments will start in 90 days. Well, a friend sent the money in hopes they'll get it back in a couple of days. Then Elizabeth Downer (manager) states that Karen had been fired and black balled due to handling my situation incorrectly. She says it'll be 500 to secure this amount (you'll get it back at the end of the loan) and the 3 month finance will be applied to the payment. I asked why are they lying, she stated you have my word we are a legit company. Then Richard states just take care of the the transfer fee of 400 (he emails me a document stating it's apart of the process and required by the government). He then states all looks well, your name is on a list to receive the funds. After no funds he states it shows a 400 bal. I said send my money back. He states it takes 30 business days. He says it'll be ready on the 21th, called today now he says it's be ready on the 28th. How can we take action against this company?
