Paid for a product via PayPal. OkayGoods, aka Kit4Game, did not deliver the item. Since it is an intangible item, PayPal is unwilling to help. I had a long email dialog with them, but they refuse to send the item and refuse to issue refund. They keep asking me to pay for the item again via Western Union. If I pay again, they tell me, then they will send the item and refund my PayPal. This is a total scam. I don't think they ever deliver anything, just take the money and run.
