I ordered in 2 different shipments roses from this company. Initially I had to call them and ask for 2 times a replacement of a Masquerade climbing rose bush, because they were, 1st one damaged (the base was spilt clear up to the crown) and the 2nd time was that it was totally dead. I called to get a new one for a third time and never got it.

I also ordered a Helen Hayes and an Arctic Rose from them and got what seems like a Floribunda rose bush, NOT Hybrid Teas. One is supposed to be a yellow orange pinkish color and the other a vibrant red. Both bloomed very small pink roses. They didn't grow much flowers and when they did, they were dead the next day or two. I believe they are climbing roses, not what I ordered.

I have tried since I saw that the roses were not what I ordered to contact them thru email and it just keeps getting sent back, and also tried to load their website, which won't load and have tried to call them, to no avail. My daughter has had 2 surgeries this summer so I have been just trying to contact them in between all this. I am very unhappy with this company and want my money back. How can I go about getting my money back if I can't contact them?
