Yesterday evening I placed 5 GBP on my pay as you go phone. I made about 5 very short calls on the phone. Today I found out that the amount remaining is .080 pence. I could not believe it. The calls cannot be that expensive. I then had to pay 25 pence twice to get through to a live person at T-mobile. This is the biggest rip off that i have come across for a long time. T-mobile are absolutely dishonest. The person in the Philippines was extremely rude. I had had to pay 25 pence to speak to her. She refused to transfer me to her supervisor and insisted that I had made 7 calls, which I did not. I threw 5 GBP away, and am at a loss as to how to get this money back from a company that is this dishonest.
