This is a complaint that is against a car dealers. This one is located in Montgomery. Alabama. This car dealers is runing some kind of scam, I just can't put my hands on it. But I did find out this is same man that was brought up on charges a few years ago for all kinds of things. I think now he hide behind this business. I purchase a car under a 2 year contract with a large amount down, too have a small car note. I had the car for 5 months and the axle of the car split into. They feel as though they are not responsible. I'm a cancer survior and can't seem to get any help, because I was not injured, but was skipping across the parking lot on 3 wheels. Something is not wright about them. I only found out about they and there dealing after I brought the car.
