Here is their apology. the scam was clever. The seller diane pretended to be my sister in law. The company name Hernadez pretended to be a mental healthy counselor where i worked.
I have deleted my name since they would attack and scam me again if you told them that I had reported them
I think they should be stopped.Dear

have that shipped out to you immediately. To avoid any more shipping
problems we have put up a new web page. It is attached directly to our
shipping center. Just go to the site and fill out the correct address
for your package to go to and you should see your package within 5-7 days.
