i have been taking this as pkg said,the only thing that happened was weight gain.I have drank so much water i could float a boat,i have seen this on t.v. for so long i do not like to take diet pills, well this is one i tried,i have never heard of weight gain, my sisters even laugh about it.at first they said if it works they will buy some, i planey told them not to waist there money, it is all a joke,now i have this extra weigh what do you do?I would not give my credit card over the phone, i was so glad when they started selling this at walmart,$19.88.what a joke
