On 8/15 I noticed a pending charge from Terneckhelp.com on my account and I had no idea what it was for. I checked my email and had also recived an email from them saying my diet pills had been shipped. I didn't order any diet pills, and didn't recieve any either. I called the number and let them know I did not authorize the charge and the person I spoke with assured me the charge was stopped and he had canceled my accounts so no reoccuring charges would happen. The pending charge disappeared from my account. Today I got an email letting me know of an overdraft to my account. Sure enough the $39.95 for Terneckhelp.com had cleared and overdrew my account. I now also have a $35 charge from my bank for the overdraft. I now must go the long route of disputing the transaction. Needsless to say I have canceled my card.
