STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have had to deal with Opticsfast for over a month and a half still to this day with no resolution. The name Opticsfast is a misnomer. I sent glasses to be repaired on July 18 they were received per UPS documentation on July 19, however Opticsfast claims they never received them till July 21. After a few calls I was told the glasses could not be repaired would I like to purchase new frames. I agreed with the understanding that the lenses in my repair frames were to be put in. They wrote "sure". After a few days, I get an email those frames were not available, ordered another pair. Finally after numerous phone calls and emails I received the frames on Augist 9 but without my lenses. As of August 9 until today they are still!! looking for my repair eyeglasses. These glasses are worth over $ 500.00 and I am required to wear them when I drive. After numerous cut and paste emails from Becky and unprofessional comments I still have no glasses. I have filed claims with the BBB, FTC and PA Atty. general's office. But after today, I have had it a supervisor in customer service connected me to someone in reapir who of course her mailbox is full and cannot take messages. I am now going to file a civil suit. Please do not make the same mistake I made this company is commiting fraudulant acts. Do you research online before you deal with them or you too will have a mess on your hands
