I ordered some cigarettes from Free Tax Payments. Only half of the order eventually arrived. I reported that the second half of the order had not arrived. They phoned me the next day to say that it was not their fault that the order was not delivered. They didn't offer to send me another batch free, or to refund me... But they offered me a discount on my next order. Obviously, I'm not going to pay a discounted price for an order that doesn't arrive! Rip off merchants! (Polite description).
