I was called by the man name Peter and he said he was with the FedalGovorment in the Grant department in Washington DC. He said I was approved for a Grant of 7000.00 that which I would not have to pay back. I just needed to make a donation of 140.00 to Red Cross Foundation in Costa Rica. I did and he said he would call me back iwth the transfer number. I have not heard from him since. I have try to call him but it just rings and rings with no answer.
