Moneypak is just a way to lose money. I bought a $100 aprox. moneypak ($4.95 cost the service and $95 reloaded in the card = $99.5).
For some unknown reason, they just can´t confirm my information, so i was unable to reload my paypal account. So I order a refund.
In other words, they charge me with $4.95 for nothing, they don´t give to me any service because of their faults. And now they will send to me only a $95 check by mail.
Update: 08/28/2012
The Green dot MoneyPak company solve the entire problem. They refund me my $99.95. Thank you for your help.
