This company is extremely incompetent in every department. They are a fraud company that has no accountability for there very illegal practices because they are a huge corporation that have the politicians walking around like puppets on a string. I am continually every month recieving a bill that is 3x the correct amount. After any hours of calling them I get oops, were sorry well make a note. I have 12 phone lines with voicemail and the voicemail only works if we are not on the phone. If a customer calls in they recieve a busy signal with no voicemail options (rollover). Does not make our business look very professional when a client gets a busy signal. what is this 1985? After daily lengthy calls to att's reps this still continues 2 mo's later? Not to mention, the att service reps that installed the lines, We have wires hanging from the ceilings and all across the floors. Some instillation. The missed phone calls that get a busy signal have cost our small to medium sized business 10's of thousands of dollars. I hate att with a passion.
