I ordered my son's birth certificate for school and needed it quickly. The company promised it overnight and charged me for over night. They recently sent me an e-mail stating I would not get it overnight. I did some research and found others have ordered and in some cases it has been a year and they have not received their birth certificate order either.

- Their site states it is shipped overnight once issued, not that you will get it overnight.
