I won the CommonWealth Lotter 50,000pounds so I was told. I paid almost $2000 to Charlie Palmer and Western Union. London. Charlie sent me to the Santantander UK Pic/ Alliance and Leicester after telling me that he could not send it Western Union as he promised.

I sent the money Westen Union in 3 payments. He sent me a bank site that looked really fake to me. Especially, when some sections said 401 Forbidden. I could not transfer of course. Finally almost 2 weeks later Mr. Phillips said I needed 2,000pounds more for a COD fee. I cussed him up and down because he lied to me. Please put him and Charlie behind bars!!
