I have tried all morning to reach this company by phone to get an authorization number to no avail. To return the product you have to have an authorization number. The DermaPure is no better than anything I have purchased over the counter. After dialing the phone number listed the line stays silent and then a recording comes over the phone stating "IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A CALL PLEASE HANGUP AND TRY YOUR NUMBER AGAIN" The company is a RIP OFF
