I was on line visiting with lifescripts web sight It was a pop up about weight loss. I click on it and was impressed with what i heard. I just received the the product today ( 8-23-12). It came in a DVD format which instructed me to put in a DVD player first,it was a exercise program(Yoga)then go to my desk top and enter it.
