Dear Sir/Ma
I write to complain about the above two companies names loanpal and finance facility,to start with on 29/06/12 loanpal debited my account for the amount of £39.77 without my consent claiming it was processing fee for searching for lenders for me and since than i have sent email on 29/6/12, when i saw my statement,advicing them that am not interested in any loan and that i demand the refund of my money,i never got a reply until i sent another email on 23/08/12,with a written letter to thier office as stated in thier policy for refund,before i got a reply via email telling me they would not refund my money.
I ask your good office to help me demand my money back into my account from this company as i believe this is a scam and way they manupulate innocent people that they will get loan for you,thereby taken your bank details and before you know it,taken money out and refusing to refund your money.

Secondly is a company called finance facility,in this company case they have gone into my two different account same day 20/08/12 taken out £69.95 each throwing my account into unplanned overdraft without my knowledge,because i know how much in my account and would now give go ahead to any company to take money from an account i know has no money and when i saw my account,i sent them an email and written letter to thier office to demand the refund of my money or i report this activity to the appropiate authorities.
This company too as threaten not to refund my money almost making my families stranded on holiday as i could not send money for them to come back on thier holiday the time they meant to come back.
I imployee your good office to look into my case so as to get my money refunded back and ontime by this two companies,pls
