defective phone, you never get to speak to a live agent. you are on hold for hours, when your call becomes caller number one, your call gets disconnected.i paid $9.95 for s/h plus $2.95 moneygram fees. Iam so tired of getting phones that work two months or less. I want to upgrade, but not knowing if the phone your company sends me will be in good working conditon. This is becoming very expensive.

- yvette, I do not like the business practices of Reach out wireless either and I am ure that they do not intend on helping you and if they end a email you hould just delete it. I also got a non working phone that transmits static.
