International boundaries
Purchased stone water bowl holders and bowls at a dog show from them. Paid them with the understanding they would have them at the show the next day. They did not. I live in Colorado so had to leave. They pretended to refund my money by credit card - didn't happen. Called several times no response. Ask to mail a check never received it. They return no calls and no money. I consider this credit card theft. I have a receipt, etc. - no product.
