I ordered a pair of shoes and received a very small disposable shower cap in the mail like many other people. Going through the dispute process with PayPal was a nightmare. Finally after many hours of research and finding the phone # on PayPal's unfriendly website I called and complained that the seller was using PayPal as the only form of payment and that PayPal knows of the complaints but still has done nothing about receiving payments for them. What is up with PAYPAL!! I was told by their supervisor Dennis that it was according to how much business the seller does compared to the complaints they get. Like always… IS IT ALL ABOUT MAKING A BUCK, PAYPAL!!
