I took Home Warranty from this Firm in April 2012 provide full repair/replacement coverage for all home appliances, electrical etc. Until now, after submitting repeated complaints and numerous phone calls, the firm has not met its obligations to repair my oven and water heater. Additionally, this company's representative (local handy man) charged me $50 as co-pay and has left the ovens broken and completely unusable. This is going to cost me over $4000 to get the oven repaired.

I have called this firm's claim phone number 877-772-3731 repeatedly, I am unable to reach and unable to leave any voice mail. There is no response to my emails as well.
