We have a Disk Network for 15 + yrs. Couple of weeks ago we had a problem and called DNTWK (800 333 3474) on Saturday 8/4/12. They told that they can send technician on Monday, 8/6/12 and there will be $99 charge. Since last year, we had lot of problem in DISK and told to dis-connect the service. They transferred to Loyalty dept.

Since we have service more that 15 yrs. they offered no cost for service call and a package (of $85/mo) for a one time payment of $149.88 via Geendot Moneypak. We agreed accept the offer. They told that upon buying Moneypak, call 800 314 6974 (Disk NTWK Royalty Award dept) and ask for op #7R1 or Ext 107) or they will call us if we not call them before 5 PM on Monday 8/6. During week end we received two e-mail from DNTWK A) Thanking for $299.88 payment from A/C xxxxxx4451 and B) You have successfully removed AutoPay from DNTWK.

On Monday, 8/6 we bought Moneypak for $149.88 and at about 4:15 we received call from Mike F of DNTWK Royalty and we gave him MoneyPak number to charge $149.88.
They gave us Ref # 912007 (for future reference) and give his extension # 101.

On Wednesday, 8/8 DNTWK technician came and set up program as promised by Mike F.
and we were enjoying the TV program and happy that we got great deal !!!

On Thursday, 8/10 AM, just for curiosity, we checked the status of our account on computer internet and noticed A) Balance of $299 and B) change of programing from $24.99 to $84.99 . We called DNTWK customer service 800 333 3494 and found that that there are many calls like us and we are the victim of Fraud (per Victoria Gonjan of Executive Resolution Team 303 942 8603 x 80557). We told victoria to put us back to our previous package of $24.99. She did it and advise us to file a Police report.

On Thursday, 8/10 PM, we called DNTWK Royalty (800 314 6974) and talked with Tod McKenze (op # CR! x 101) who advised that Victoria is wrong and they will contact and resolve the matter and give back the package of $84.99 free for 12 mos because we paid $149.88 via MoneyPak.

Since then we are unable to contact DNTWK Royalty (800 314 6974) because it's always busy !!!

Can someone advise what we can do to get our $149.88 back. Thanks
