I checked my Visa charges and noticed an unfamiliar charge to ETECH.com in the amount of $9.88 on 8/23/2012. The reference was a telephone number-213-814-2758.
I called the number and heard music for a couple minutes. Then a person (recorded message) stated that no one was available to take the call. It said either call back later or visit the on-line website.
