Similar to others... I ordered a $50 pair of Borne shoes. Immediately my PayPal account was charged but I received no shipping confirmation and sent at least 6 messages to the seller. Finally a white envelope arrived from China and inside was a disposable hotel shower cap. I filed a dispute with PayPal, they sided with me, but then said I had to ship the item back to China with a tracking number at my expense! I then called PayPal and once I described the situation I was told they would credit my credit card and I did not need to send the shower cap back. They recognized it as fraud right away.
