They got my debit card number. When I called them to find out what they were, they asked if this was "Zipky" and I said no my name was Vicky. They supposedly changed it in their system. They said I authorized this membership over the phone a month ago. I would have never done that, especially with a fake name. When people call asking for Zipky I always hang up because I know it is a telemarketer. Somehow they got my debit card number and charged it twice. I demanded a refund but they said I had to fill out their forms first. I still haven't gotten anything in mail yet.
