I was sent an e-mail regarding home working and earning money. I filled out the form with my details as well as my and credit card number. My computer appeared to crash so I thought that this had not gone through and when later I checked 'google' I discovered this home working system was a scam.

I thought that the payment had not gone through but then received an e-mail from Homeserve address: [email protected] with a number to call for free: 1-855-858-1077 and advice to log into traffic masters program.

Horrified I immediately sent an email to Homeserve to cancel this order but the e-mail was returned as the e-mail address was unable to accept my e-mail! I then checked my bank account and on 26th August discovered £96.50 had been debited from my account (a value of $152.85 although it had been detailed that it would cost $99). I then tried to call the number on the e-mail but this was unavailable and then tried to log into traffic masters to see if there were any other numbers detailed to call but also was unable to do this.

Is my money gone for good? Please help me to get my money back.
