Never heard of this company and yet they submitted an e-check against my account. I've noticed this has happened to several people. I was told I would recieve a refund in 15 days. I called on the 15th day and was told it would be in my account by the end of the day. Still didn't get it, called and was told he forwarded it to accounting and I would have it in 3-5 days. Of course, 3 days later I still do not have it. They keep giving me the run around. When I brought up that they have done this to several people and its reported on-line she got very quiet. Asked who ownd the company and she said they aren't allowed to give that info out. Of course not, cause you are all a bunch of crooks and work for the biggest one! This company should be shut down!!!
