ikina roundtree waz told by fredrick scott id#185/17ca in order for me to receive my loan is pay a total of $150 & it was for transaction fees tax fees & etc.he said thats all i had to do to receive the funds.he talked me threw the western union transaction & said it was completed & i will receive a call from his finance department to verify the refund was put into my account wit in 2-3hours.then they called me askn for more money & i said no because thats not what fredrick scott explain to me.so i asked them to refund my money back & his manager jordan said they can not give me back my money wen it was there agent who didn explain to me there complete policy where is i would have to pay for the cancelation fee.i feel that i should have to pay for anything do to there agent mistakes.this is truly poor customer service.i need my money back the same way i send it to them.
